Work schedules are prepared by the company and fairly allocated to all team members. You are unable to choose your own shifts as the schedules are normally planned according to the operational needs/business demand.

会社は、月末または毎月7日までに、あなたの銀行口座に給与を振り込みます。給与は、雇用契約書に記載された通貨で支払われ、支払日の実勢為替レートが適用されます。また、会社の給与支払日に準じます。

The company will bank in or transfer your salary payment into your bank account by the end of the month or before 7th of every month. It would be in the currency as per the employment offer and subject to the prevailing conversion rate during the payment day. It is subject to the company’s payroll date. 

 給与は、採用企業の事業所の通貨で受け取ることができます。ただし、WFHの場合は、採用企業の銀行口座に振り込まれ、その際の為替レートは採用企業の実勢レートとなります。

You would receive your salary in the currency of the hiring company’s operating location. Company would support you bank account set up for this purpose, however, for WFH, they would bank in to your bank account and the conversion is subject to the bank’s prevailing conversion rate.

Language used is dependent  on the position applied. For monolingual role, the interview will be conducted in FULL Japanese Keigo. For bilingual position, Japanese Keigo and Business English both will be used during the interview.

It depends on the interviewers’ availability. The interviewer is usually native Japanese for monolingual position. For bilingual position, the interviewer might be non-native Japanese.
